Completed mortgage applications must be sent through your submission platform (Velocity, Finmo, Filogix, etc.)
Step 1: Submit file through Filogix/Velocity/Finmo. In your writeup, make sure to include:
o What money is being used for
o Exit strategy
o How much the broker would like to charge
Step 2: You’ll receive an email with a Commitment Letter within 24hrs with a link to upload the required documents. An appraisal must be ordered from our approved appraisal list.
Step 3:
Client signs with their lawyers and broker commissions are paid every Thursday
